Kevin Fowler is an innovative Health Care Marketing leader who has created value based relationships with payers, patients, and providers. His recent success in designing digital patient Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) programs and coordination of care strategies that achieved The Triple Aim: improved patient outcomes, creation of brand loyalty, and reduction of health care costs. He is skilled at understanding the patient journey resulting in the creation of sustainable patient solutions.

What motivated you to participate in Q1’s 5th Annual Advocacy event?
I possess a very unique perspective on patient advocacy based upon my pharma experience in both commercial and R+D organizations combined with my own patient journey.
What is the best part about being in your advocacy role?
I am able to combine my personal patient journey into my professional role. I can be authentic and challenge organizations on the need to adapt to a rapidly changing healthcare market.
Why do you find the role of patient advocacy to be important?
For Life Science and Health Care organizations to adapt to transforming healthcare, the patient voice must be integrated into their organization.
Why do you find your particular topic to be of importance to this years’ agenda?
Planning, scheduling, executing, and following up on a patient advisory board meeting is the foundation for creating the patient voice strategy. On a personal level, I have gained considerable lessons from my own patient journey that have enhanced my professional patient advocacy credibility.
