The Senate GOP has unveiled a revised Better Care Reconciliation Act of 2017, formerly known as the American Health Care Act. Under the revised version released July 13, an additional $70 billion will be allotted to help reduce premiums and make health insurance more affordable for many Americans. The previous version of the bill called for just $100 billion in additional funding. The new bill does not, however, change its stance on Medicaid expansion by making Medicaid a state-run agency with enrollment caps. Read the full article here.
