quote3Why do you believe that the Medical Device & Diagnostic Sales Training & Development Conference is important?
I am firm believer in collaborative learning and I think these conferences are a great opportunity to learn from each other. Over the years we have done some great things in training at Biomet but I know that there is never a shortage of great minds who come up with new and insightful ways to help people learn.  This conference has been helpful for me personally and other team member that have attended from our company.  I always leave with at least one good takeaway.

What do you hope attendees will take away from your presentation, workshop or panel discussion?

I hope, a better understanding of what we have gone through as a company to become compliant with the Sunshine Act and hopefully a at least one light bulb moment where someone goes “we have not considered that” or “okay we are not alone in this”..

What inspires your passion and/or interest for sales training and/or healthcare?
Starting in this industry in a sales role gave me great perspective.  I have always believed it is one thing have a individual positive effect but it another to help many people do the same thing.  As a trainer I feel like I can do that; I can make the biggest impact possible.

Nathan will be one of the distinguished presenters at the 5th Annual Device and Diagnostic Sales Training and Development Conference
