More Than a Dozen In-House Counsel to Offer Perspective During Sessions, Case Studies
(Chicago, IL) – The most pertinent information concerning the newest guidelines in the IPR challenge process will be discussed at the Medical Device and Diagnostic IP/Patent Strategy Conference, providing patent and intellectual property professionals an inside perspective directly from in-house counsel.
The conference will be held March 9-10, 2015 in Arlington, Virginia, and will offer collaborative discussion on a wide variety of topics such as global patent protection strategy, recent case law, in-house budget management, and much more. Some of the most experienced and knowledgeable patent and intellectual property experts will be on hand for interactive sessions and case studies, including Ali Ahmed of Fresenius Kabi, Jamie Kemler of Stryker, and Clark Wilson of Merchant & Gould.
