From your perspective, what does the phrase “customer centric” mean in relation to medical information?
Having an understanding of how HCPs would like to receive their information (digital, verbal, written) in a way that allows them to make a clinical decision for their patients.
Why is the role of medical information teams within the pharmaceutical industry so vital to the organization’s success?
Aside from the creation and provision of medical information content to HCPs – medical information serves as the medical experts and the first point of contact whether at a congress booth or call center. MI can also be valuable in providing customer insights (data gaps, trends) to the internal business.
What are you most looking forward to regarding the Customer Centric Medical Information conference this June?
Networking and sharing/gaining new ways of elevating the function of medical information w/in the pharma industry and delivery of medical information.
What do you believe physicians and/or patients and caregivers want from medical information teams?
The ability to obtain information in efficiently thru various avenues and receiving information that allows them to make a clinical decision.
