The GOP has unveiled plans to move forward without replacing the ACA, and instead repealing the act without an approved healthcare bill. After inter-party opposition to the latest GOP bill, The Better Care Reconciliation Act of 2017, senate leaders have decided to begin the repeal process without a Republican-based replacement.
